EXPERIENCE

Todd Schafer is quickly becoming known as one of the best trial lawyers of his generation.  As the son of founder partner Timothy Schafer, Todd was given the opportunity to try many cases at a young age. To people’s surprise, he was able to win tough cases and achieve results rarely seen in conservative venues. At just 30 years old, Todd was able to secure a $32.5 million verdict on behalf of a young mother who suffered brain damage in a crash involving a semi-truck. He is believed to be the youngest lawyer in the country to serve as lead trial counsel on a case resulting in a verdict of $30 million or more. Since then, Todd has received many more record verdicts. In fact, he has obtained a top 100 jury verdict in the country three times.

Todd is proudly a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, an exclusive invitation-only group of the top 100 trial lawyers in the country. Todd was asked to join the Inner Circle at just 39 years old, making him one of the youngest lawyers to ever be invited.
